Oh, and imagine the workers that had to install the planks the guy's walking on!

Highrise and midrise building construction surveying is a very specialized field, and we didn't do very much of it when I worked on construction staking jobs in California.

But once, we were hired to do interior wall layout on the 7th floor of a building in downtown San Diego. There were cable rail walls around the exterior, but one day on one job was enough for a lifetime for me.

And I do remember the bubble in the T1A moving around a bit as the building swayed in the wind.

bamboo scaffold is common in asia. usually lashed together and knotted by hand with the plastic strapping that bundles newspaper stacks
