Hard tellin'. I've never even heard of it.
I've seen it also. It's one of the Adchoices ads that show up at the bottom of the page.
Can We Get An Explanation of Adchoices, Wendell ?
It shows up on Wendell's site without giving Wendell a choice?

Paul,
That's the jist of it with Google ads.
Wendell has explained this before. Feel free to search this site or search in your browser about Google ads and adchoice. Many of these firms ads target you based upon your browser history and selections. Since advertising budgets rule the world of corporate internet browsers they are pretty much here to stay.
From Previous posts on this site;
"We display Google ads and that firm (any ad firm) apparently had an ad targeted for sites with surveying-related content. The ads are also displayed based on your location and other criteria based on your particular browsing habits according to Google. So before you go off blaming us, it's not our fault. You'll need to talk to Google about that."
Cheers
Just give them your phone number or email addy and get your quotes. Then, you also get years of free adverts delivered right to your desktop. Try it. You might find that once you start, you can't quit. It's THAT addictive. LOL

I had to go search for that one myself, as it was obvious that someone needed some slapping around at the time. LOL
Put into a nicer context: We display ads from Google periodically to fill any gaps in ad zones for paid advertisers. Google uses each visitor's browser history plus the content of the site to determine what ads to show, so the series of ads displayed are usually unique to each person. In our case, you'll often see surveying-related ads mixed in with ads based on your browsing history.
Of course, we'd rather have paying advertisers, but this is not always the case. Sometimes the zones are all full and sometimes there's a few gaps, hence the Google ads. The less paid advertisers, the more Google ads will show.
well that explains it.
wondering why I kept getting ads for Asian Women and Barnyard animals.:-$
well that explains it.
