PS. Most of the links still don't work (but, they never have). Every now and then you'll actually find a link that works, so they're still work picking on if it's something you need.
You have the correct URL and it is not going away. There is lots going on with moving new Terrabytes of data onto servers and upgrading servers.
I can find out tomorrow what type of delays you might expect. Suggest to keep checking back.
