I feel bad but...

Everybody should feel good: you gave them the right information, they can deal with the issue and they know what's going on, to me, it is a win-win even if rates are going up.

Insurance companies, they like to collect money. When it is time to pay, they will try to wiggle their way out anyway they can. Being provided the right information to deal with these guys will provide them, and the next owners peace of mind.

Nothing worse than wearing a fall arrest system that isn't tied to a structure.
