I don't know if I miss something but I can't create a job for plane surveying in SurvCE. Is there such a "None" choice among the Projection List in SurvCE during job creation?
Thank you.
The projection section applies to GPS and if you use the process Raw data and turn the grid toggle on . You can process your coordinates into grid, in the data collector ,otherwise your always survey on ground with Carlson and total station. In other words its not changing any distance recorded by a scale factor unless you tell it to by processing the raw file with grid turned on, thus changing the coords in the data collector to grid.
As a side note, scales factors can also be applied without the need of processing the raw data.
Equipment6.LocalizationTS
Yes, this is the only workaround that I also do but in my opinion, SurvCE GUI is quite inefficient in this particular aspect. I hope that it will be addressed at some point in the future.
Thanks for sharing.
Regards.
