Not sure I am following the thread here as it relates to ALTA surveys ??ÿ ?ÿBUT,?ÿ Here is my answer to the topic question.?ÿ

I add a line item called final processing and deliveries.?ÿ That Item is labeled as "Approximate costs" depending upon the shipping requirements of the lender / user of the ALTA.?ÿ the base price adds a couple of days of drafting.?ÿ plus shipping.?ÿ

Some agencies "play" with the ALTA for nearly a month, I make revisions as requested but keep the previous information on a frozen layer. Sometimes the agency requests I "put is back"?ÿ which is easy to do.?ÿ

When the Blessing is given, I tally up the time spent and send the final invoice.?ÿ Often it is less than the "Approximate cost" line item. this makes everyone happy and there is no change orders required.?ÿ

I do hope I have grasped the original question ??ÿ If not, shoot me.?ÿ

Happy Weekend everyone.?ÿ
