From the Denver Post today

In a story about needing road closure barricades for a big marathon scheduled there.

"Houston-based Highway Technologies on Friday morning notified all 33 of its locations — including two in Colorado — that it was going out of business, effective immediately.

It wasn't immediately clear how many employees will be impacted in Colorado."

I was just thinking how my day was exactly the opposite. It wasn't the field crew who lost or rotated the original field file without a copy.
😉

And that client, you know the one that calls y'all and says "Why so much! all you have to do is put a stick in the ground!!"

She was the complaining neighbor today, and not the client. 🙂

"We've had surveys done before and they never dug any holes in the yard!"

"They just put a stick in the ground and that's all!" (edit)

"M'aam, maybe you weren't around to see them digging up the property corners"

"Oh No! I'd know if they were digging holes!" 😐

Left the job with the divets buried, and you couldn't walk down that street and tell field crew had been there. Another pleasant valley sunday.
