The sax is on fire but don't worry the pianist has a fire extinguisher.

Continuing the thread jack....Sorry Dave, that's no sax. It's Stephan Zuniuk and his Flame-O-Phone.

Watching Robert's video, I'm surprised that the girls were able to get through the song without choking and coughing. Stephan's acetylene flame needed a bit more oxygen.

yes, if these are the neighbors of your clients, I would be scared too to tell them they are encroaching on your client's land.

Which ones?

The City Boys or the Country Boys?

That list, taken out of context, is a little misleading.
Then so again is Dave's statement about the statute of frauds going on to list unwritten title changes by adverse possession...

The whole of which is obviously beyond the comprehension of this " https://surveyorconnect.com/community/members/francish.10211/&apos ;">FrancisH" persona....

Of course the list is taken out of context. I couldn't post the whole book to the thread. That is why I cited the book title. If I have learned anything in 30 years of surveying, it is that almost nothing is cut and dry. Except that almost nothing is cut and dry.
