The client needs the n-s section centerline staked between the n and s 1/16. Client owns to the west. State owns to the east, fences show that the s 1/16 falls in road. This gives public access to the state land. Client doesn't want that. But he tells me that it's ok cause game and fish guy came out and showed him that the corner is east of the road, cutting off the public from the parcel. And he had GPS so he had to be

All you really have to do is check things against the county GIS map. Nothing like a neutral party verification to assure the fun part went good. Never know about that GPS stuff though, sometimes not so fun... :-O
