Looks good. Might want to consider something to catch the bipod legs if they slip. Mine tend to do that, especially if shaken around a little bit.

Would you mind posting more pictures of the truck and how it is setup? I haven't seen many service bodies in use for surveying.

Nice work. Although I'm leery of the stresses imposed upon the receiver attachment resulting from anything but the most careful driving, this looks like as good a solution as any. I'd recommend adding padding to the pole bracket closure (similar to the padding in the bracket) to avoid abrading the pole, but otherwise it looks good.

Brian - These are photos I took when the truck was new. I'll have to get some current photos on Monday. The guys were tired of working out of suburbans. This is a nice truck to access everything.
