Had a potential client tell me that he didn't think having his land surveyed would, "cost so much"
So I asked him what he was basing that on. He said that he googled the cost of having land surveyed. And no sh@#, google is giving prices of $300-700. Where the heck are these prices coming from?
I explained that, that amount was basically our admin/setup/overhead cost, without doing any actual survey. Then told him what goes into a survey. But it was on deaf ears at that point, I think
Any idea how google gets these estimates, which I think are false, and how to stop that kind of inaccurate info?
