From the what are they thinking department

There was a quote on the radio from the county planner.

He didn't seem very happy. 

Seems a new statute passed at the state level now requires a new subdivision to be fenced. 

WTH?

Required to be fenced?

I don't know the particulars yet but I can think of the two I'm doing now and what a cluster that will cause. The one I just finished would be a real mess thank goodness that just got finished.
