I've looked and looked, but I've never bee able to find a surveying crew working on the street view of google maps.
Has anyone ever found one?

In my survey transporter......
We noticed the Google-car passing by when on the job near Ghent,
I'm on the left, my colleague at the instrument.
I was caught at another location with the GPS, that wasn't for google streetview but for the local street- & trafficsign databank.

Haha....the instrument-men always look like they have their hands in their pockets....
6916 Clear Creek Rd, Killeen, TX, has a prism pole with bi-pod and further south (next driveway south) has the instrument. I would suspect the crew is sitting in the truck.

An old street view of my daughters house was when she was renovating and the guts had literally been torn out of her house. It looked like an old derelict place in the country. She wasn't impressed.
