Can't seem to find free ones anymore. Are they still available?

NOT free...BUT VERY Nice!
iGage ALL TOPO MAPS 2011 w/ Historical Collections (Utah & Wyoming)
I have been using iGage maps for about 12 years now (several versions over the years), and decided to upgrade to v7 Pro a couple of weeks ago. Well I finally got around to installing my NEW v7 Pro today, and decided to copy all of the (nine) DVDs (Utah only) over to one of the Hard Drives. It's been chewing on them for a couple of hours, and I'm only up to Disk 5! It will be nice NOT to have to swap DVDs all the time though. I will probably NOT load all of the Wyoming DVDs (I don't use them very often).
The iGage v7 Pro with the Historical Collection, includes ALL of the USGS Topographic series maps EVER Published within the State. That includes 15 & 30 minute Quadrangles going back to the 1880s! Scanned in color and georeferenced.
V7 includes all sorts of really cool utilities (combining quadrangles, DEM data, exporting to TIFF files, etc. etc.)
I highly recommend this product, NOT FREE, but worth every penny.

Loyal,
I haven't used any of their software products, but Mark Silver has been extremely helpful when I needed help with GNSS solutions and even sent me a couple of Instructional Videos. Very nice guy, extremely knowledgeable, and I will be using some of their software in the near future as my business grows.

Speaking of USGS Topo Maps...
All of the topo maps from the USGS store are available as a FREE download including the 2011 series of geopdf's. They are more like a gis product with the USGS putting all the layers together into their product. They even included the 2009 NAIP imagery. The various layers can be turned on and off to your liking. It would be nice if the imagery could be adjusted for brightness; it is a bit overpowering.
I also have the new historic set of AllTopo for Montana and really enjoy Mark's product as well. He does a good job of marketing and his website has a lot of instructional video's available. I highly recommend them as well.
