Foresight DXM Problem

Some things just never seem to go away and my continuing problem with my Topcon digital level and Foresight DXM is one of them. Please note the following cut and paste from my level report. It works fine as long as it's a turning point but it doesn't figure the side shots right. Notice just before PK 71 the HI should repeat -2.94 instead of plugging in -7.415. The actual elev. of PK71 is -7.457. Not -11.932. We are up against the wall getting a large Corps project posted up on the due date and this has stomped me like a Detroit Lions defensive lineman. Any suggestions on this? I have asked kind Mr.Cleveland to print them out for me but I need to get this POS fixed.
