Anybody know of flagging with the letters LD or LOD for limit of disturbance or similar or a manufacturer that can produce this and $$$$.

Our flagging supplier does that type flagging. I didn't see that particular legend in their list but their information says that they have a variety of legends available and can do custom if necessary. (For a fee, to be sure)
