FGDC- Geospatial Positioning Accuracy Standards and Framework Data Standard

We are being asked to perform a survey to these standards. After reading through them, I'm wondering what will actually be required by the client to prove the accuracy of our product.?ÿ I was planning on performing an OPUS Projects session tied to local NGS control and CORS towers. Running geodetic levels between onsite control. Then using UHF RTK to provide supplemental site control, ground shots and plani-metric feature locates.?ÿHas anyone ever done this and what did you provide your client? Do you have an example?
