I got an e-mail this morning that says the FEMA Map Service Center is going down. Apparently they are changing IT service providers. To quote the e-mail; “To physically transfer our production sites we are required to go through security scans/reviews before we can turn the systems back on. “ It also said; "I apologize for the short and sudden notice. The transition is a challenging one and fast moving; this was unanticipated."
The anticipated downtime is tomorrow night (5pm EST) through Monday, May 28th.
