Is anyone else having problems getting FIRM's from FEMA's website? I get the map, but there is nothing else there?

It's been down for a couple of days. I can make a Firmette that is very blurry. If I try to access the data threough the .kmz file they put out fo Google Earth, ALL I get is a white background ans a GIANT "X".
Hopefully they will fix it soon.

It won't work in Internet Explorer, but works fine in Chrome.
