Started with a new firm; they just got a GT-503 with a FC-5000 Magnet data collector.

Putting it thru its paces last week found that the screen would freeze up after an hour or so in <25F degree temps. By freeze up I mean, the alignment of the touch screen would start to degrade, i.e. try to hit the "3" & it would select "G", this would continue to get worse until any input on the screen would only register in the center of the tablet.

By setting the unit on the dashboard of the truck for a 5 minutes it would return to normal operations for 10 or 15 minutes than start acting up again.

Our vendor (& documentation) say the unit is good to -4F operating temperature, which maybe true as the software still seems to function & just the touch screen interface appears to be affected.

Anyone else run into this issue?
