It is Rust Oleum brand, Ultra Cover 2x
I like it, for painting RR spikes in the road, because it sprays fast, covers fast, and gets me outa there fast.
I'm fixinta order some (Fixinta is a Texas term) unless you talk me into something else.

Dug up a stone once that had been painted that color something like forty years prior and it was still that color.
I use that in orange on the top 1/3 of rebar and other surveying needs, great for a one coat application.
Flat Black Rustoleum Industrial Protective Coating as a durable base coat on rusty metal and spot around bolts, rivets and welds.
Krylon Fusion for Plastic is another base coat that will help change the color of most anything on an ATV or PVC pipe and directly over wallpaper.
