How much would it cost to build the Great Pyramid today?
Does 5 billion sound right?
the structure was erected in just 20 years' time, meaning that a block had to have been moved into place about every 5 minutes of each day and night

Not even close, to make a replica you'd have to use the same techniques.
Think about the labor costs.
