Are you running Access in demo mode? Are you running version 2017.10?

Access is not licensed properly. What device is it running on?

Access is running as an emulator. What type of collector do you have it running on? If the collector is properly licensed, you can download and run Trimble Installation Manager and it should correct any licensing issues.

Even if you install an emulator, you have to do it through TIM and provide the machine's ID... which leads me to think that it is an emulator, not a licensed copy.

We bought a SX10 equipment unit. They provided equipments including Trimble SX 10 ( full) + controller ( Trimble tablet PC which intergrated TIM, so, we had just updated Access .) I think it licensed properly.
