So H- retired back in April, and I acquired the business from him.?ÿ A few weeks back I was startled to hear my office manager, Isabel, being yelled at through the phone loudly enough that I could hear it from 15 feet away.?ÿ All this in response to a routine question for information regarding your property.?ÿ See, neither she nor myself were here when H- performed whatever work he did for you (I haven't bothered to go back and look).?ÿ What I've been trying to do, in order to accommodate H-'s past clients, is to give some favorable pricing on "update" work that he performed, even though it means we likely will lose money on the task.?ÿ And I most likely would have been willing to entertain this arrangement in your case as well.

However, Isabel (who is a fully grown Cuban woman, by the way- not a "Spanish girl") is my employee- and a very good one at that- and also a kind and respectful human being.?ÿ She did absolutely nothing to warrant your response a few weeks ago.?ÿ It was at that very point that I made the decision I'm communicating to you now:
