I currently have a Trimble robot?ÿ?ÿwith a TSC2 running Survey Controller (Access predecesor). I am considering buying a GPS now but since Trimble receivers are quite costly I would probably go with another brand. But I would like to stick with one controller.?ÿ Also, I was planning on upgrading the controller as well. So if I buy a TSC3 with Access can I also install Survey Pro or Carlson on it so that it would work with other GPS brands ? I would still like to use Access for the TS control. Or any other suggestions ? Thanks.
It should work, but I'd suggest contacting Carlson for the specific requirements of SurvCE.?ÿ I currently run Access and SurvPC on a Trimble Yuma2 tablet but it is Windows 7 rather than Windows Mobile and has a good bit more storage and RAM than the TSC3.
