branch to the original line of land lot 273 - 4th District and 2nd Section;
then West with that line to the South with the original line to corner
or sapling point on sapling; said parcel of land containing forty (40)
acres, more or less
What'd ya mean the survey is going to cost more than $500?

Don't need a complete survey, just show me where to put the corners and I will drive a post there......
I saw corners marked up but surveyed it anyway after I called the realtor. She told me to go ahead and she'll use my survey after I gave her a quote of $349.99.
I read a deed once that said "thence 500 feet or so to a stake next to where Mr. browns car is parked" seriously that is what it said.
