> Converting to Rinex? No problem in TGO. You find it in utilities before you start a file. It's easy as pie. As for GNSS I downloaded it off the internet. About as simple and basic as TGO. It interfaces okay with the 4600's as a antenna diagram pops up right pronto.
Yes, but as a GPSurvey license holder, I'm stuck with either:
(a) the ancient DAT2RIN utility that converts individual files (and then possibly converting that earlier RINEX format to a more current one),
(b) teqc in all its command line glory, or
(c) some as yet undiscovered method of batch conversion of DAT files into RINEX that will actually run.
None of this was the slightest problem until about half a million seconds ago.
Edit: I see that Trimble has an improved version of their RINEX conversion utility that appears to operate as a standalone program that will do multiple file conversions at one time. That looks like the ticket.

I use a Trimble utility called "Convert to RINEX," which I downloaded off the Internet a year or so ago (maybe longer). It will OPEN, SCAN, and CONVERT every (.dat, .t01, etc.) file in a given directory in one pass. I don't have a link to it, but somebody here no doubt does. It's pretty slick (for a Trimble program).

I regret (really, really regret!) to report that I'm still having trouble with the HASP licensing arrangement. I ditched the software evaluation key for a bought-and-paid-for USB key, but I'm still fighting the !@#$%^ HASP system. Sometimes TBC will recognize the key for several days, then it won't and I have to go through a tedious uninstall-reinstall process.
In a word: Grrrr!
Edit: This time I got going again just by restarting the HASP License Manager service. It's set to Automatic, but for some reason it decided not to start today.
