• In C2., the lines that read Use the same datum as the BFE and Conversion/Comments_______ were deleted and the following text was inserted: Indicate elevation datum used for the elevations in items a) through h) below. ? NGVD 1929 ? NAVD 1988 ? Other/Source:____ Datum used for building elevations must be the same as that used for the BFE.
• Also in C2., eight instances of (Puerto Rico only) to the right of ? meters were deleted and replaced with one line that reads In Puerto Rico only, enter meters. to match how it appears in Section E on the second page of the Elevation Certificate.

Thanks for posting this. When the new el cert form came out, I modified my WORD version of the old form to look like the new form, and I think I did a pretty good job, but did miss one thing that is pointed out in your post.
Hope you remembered to modify the date on the bottom of the form as well 🙂
