hi
i am working in china and my battery has died, and i cant get it fixed here, funny enough.
does anyone know of a retailer in the u.s.a. who sells them, are the explorers still made?
I called a few survey shops in the states, they sold everything but the battery.
Lucky i have back up on my trusty hp48, these things sure great to use again.
Thanks
David

On the Explorer 2 you should be able to use AA batteries.
I know you can get them at Batteries Plus.
They are on almost every corner around here.
