I stopped briefly to say hello but no one there at the time, decided to keep going.?ÿ I see on JAVAD page that they did do some comparisons with a topcon (the only other one to show up I guess).?ÿ?ÿ Probably if results are posted they would be under the manufactures pages (vendor showcase) under the new website rules.
There was an event.?ÿ Two surveyors from North Carolina, One from Kentucky, one from Virginia, and two local surveyors from the same company attended.?ÿ There were the JAVAD units and an older Topcon unit.
On friday evening in a light rain several nails were set and surveyed to with a total (robatic) station.?ÿ On Saturday morning at about 8:00 AM the six who were there observed the stations and were finished by 10 AM.?ÿ The weather was cold and raining hard.?ÿ Everyone adjorned to a local grill for a great breakfast and the usual telling of lies.?ÿ A great time was had by all!
