Can you scale my SPC (rant)

I agree with Mark. Wisconsin has a well defined well implemented system of LDPƒ??s and it works exceedingly well. why every state has not implemented this at least through their DOT is beyond me. when you can say grid coordinates may be used as ground coordinates that is a really nice thing.
