Got a phone call at the end of the day yesterday from a lady who needed a physical survey done for closing. I quoted her and she was not happy with my price. She went on to tell me her real estate agent said no company has ever quoted them over 200 for a closing survey. I politely told her to have them arrange the survey.
Rant over.

How to remain calm? Ask her if she'd trust a $ 200 car to make it to California? Tell her that the survey has to go alot further than that!
Ask her if she'd like some cut rate bananas from the store? You know, the black kind!
