I had an occasion to re-connect my Bluetooth link from my cell phone to my Leica 12250 RTK data collector.

The first time I did this I called Kara Company (Chicago area) to do this since I couldn't find any information from the internet. The whole thing took maybe half an hour.

The second time I did this was after some repairs and upgrades, and it took three hours. It only got resolved because of what I call alchemy - I did nothing to finally succeed that I didn't do at the start.

So - that was frustrating. My system works now, but now every time I lose Bluetooth link to the phone, I have to answer 2 prompts asking me if I want to connect. Can't resolve that irritation.

Is there anyplace on the 'net that has that info, or is it one of those things that depend on finding the right "elves"?
