On the DAY BEFORE the project letting, the city of Hooterville informs us that they have finally decided that they in fact DO want to have bulb-outs at the intersection of uptown stumptown as opposed to the designed ( and subsequently advertised) ADA improvements and they'd kindly like us to re-design the the project to their liking and have it all CO'd in, thank you very much. 😐 ...I wonder if we can run the outfall from the DI's into the Mayor's basement....
