Went to the field to "resolve" a fence line issue. Found both original pins at the fence corners. 125' west of a math solution. Been sitting like this since 1977-45 years.
The one tract owner loses almost 2 acres and the other has the full acreage but the tract is tilted strongly NW-SE. The next landowner picks up almost two acres. What a cluster.
