AutoCAD Civil 3d Land Desktop Companion 2009 point labeling

just this week, whenever I import points into my drawing, in addition to my selected Pt#,elevation, description and tick mark - I am getting the coordinates automatically placed in the drawing on top of my points in the form of a MText attribute. - I havent messed with any settings, it just started doing this - in Format Manager- Import points-- it is set as PNEZ(comma delimited)-if that matters
I am not one of the guru's - cant seem to figure this out - any help would be appreciated - probably some dumba$$ thing i checked..

You need to look at your point labeling settings under the label pull down. I think the simplest setting is the Desc Key style. These styles can be a real time saver when used correctly.

John - thanks for your reply - thru your post I selected Labels - Edit Label Styles -Point Label styles - the northing, easting was added as "text - got rid of it and all is normal - thanks!
