I am going to sit for the KY State exam on August 3, 2012. I have been given a list of web addresses where I can find relevant state statutes to study for the test. Problem is that each statute is in an index (digital) that you click on to get the 2 or 3 line statute. With the hope of getting a printout of ALL the statutes I need to start studying.....does anyone have the following State codes all together in ONE DOCUMENT in PDF format.
KRS 73 COUNTY SURVEYOR
KRS 81A ANNEXATION
KRS 256 BOUNDARY FENCE
KRS 322 LICENSURE LAW
KRS 352 MINE MAPS
KRS 353 OIL & GAS
KRS 413.010 ADVERSE POSSESION
KRS 433.770 DESTRUCTION OF MONUMENTS
KRS 523.100 BOUNDARY 9(FALSE STATEMENTS)
KRS 382.110 ROCORDING OF DEEDS & MORTGAGES
I would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks for your help.

I'll send out an e-mail to the Purchase Chapter of KAPS members. Maybe one of the new licensees has that all consolidated. If I get any replies, I'll let you know.
That list has been floating around for several years, so someone has probably assembled it by now. If not, it should be done.
Thank you Jon. And to Dan....Thank you for the effort also, However, I realize I can go to the website that you provoded the link to (like I said "thanks for the effort") but the way the site is set up...you have to list each code (statute) individually rather than all at once as a group in one printable document.....HENCE...the purpose of the post.
these things may help some:

If I can scan mine I will email it to you. I will loan you my binder and let you copy it if you want it. I have some time invested in putting that darn thing together; so I know what you mean. Send me your email and physical address and I can save you some time. If you have been working under a PLS in KY for a while, you shouldn't have a problem passing the state specific.
It is actually in two binders, I have the bonus stuff like the Carter Coordinate System in them also.
While not having what you specifically asked for, I would highly recommend attending the local KAPS meetings. The networking and benefits one enjoys from these meetings is truly invaluable. I started attending well before I was licensed, just to see what the "big guys" did. There are probably local people who have everything you need.
KAPS also produced a book with all of the surveying case law for KY that in my opinion is a must-have for every surveyor. It is available on the website (kaps1.com) or you can get it at a meeting.
Good luck on the test.
