Arkansas only has single base VRS located in the populated communities and you are limited by how far away you can survey...about 20-30 miles. There is also a RTN run by a private construction firm. For information on the VRS single base systems and access, contact:

(On a serious note...Robert Martin can point you in the right direction. There are some small area RTN's, both public and private, but most of the state is covered by CORS for post processing...the various university campus' 😉 GIS 😉 departments and the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department - AHTD)
