Remember to change your title block to the new ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey designation.
Earlier this year I e-mailed all of my survey contacts a summary of the changes, and the key points likely to affect them. This week I gave a presentation to a group of local title officers on the 2016 standards. Great marketing tool.
