That isn't the 2016 ALTA certification, the survey has no building dimensions of any kind (item 7), does not show the four large buildings and large solar panels in the parking lot (item 8), does not show any utilities (item 11), and does not show the names of any of the adjoiners (item 13).

The RPA sentence at the end, gets me, isn't that from the 2005 standards?
