Is the?ÿeast half of the line between 6 and 7 similar - or much closer to the record, indicating a stub?

Looking at the bearing I have to think they ran the line, the corners are intervisible so maybe a stub for distance. The SE section corner is in a reservoir. Distances to the east run short but not 150'
