If you go to www.seek.com.au it may just help somebody.
You will need official tertiary education of some sorts, and possibly more, but sponshorships or short term work may be available in the mines etc.
Anything is worth a shot in this world of globalisation.
If they can bring in 12,000 unskilled Chinese workers, for the life of me I can't see why a qualified surveyor can't get some work.
