I was going to call our guy at FLT. Are there rods in the monument or just the drill hole to put the disk in?

We used to make them. It was a rain day project for some of the field crew. Use a melamine form. A sheet of melamine will make you a few of them. You can get a pretty good stack of them done in no time.

Used to use 6" pvc thin wall cut down the side with a jigsaw. Tape it together, Put a 6" cap on the end, pour in the concrete, pin, cap, etc. After it sets up, knock the cap off, untape, voila. Reuse the form

I get mine with the 5/8" rebar sticking up a few inches so I can put my aluminum cap right on them directly. works great.

Give Jason Perkins a call at 813-967-2169, he is located in Plant City, FL. Large orders are not a problem.
