What do you think the current impact may have on roads in this town?
I spent a lot of time trying to find if a particular road ever led to a "Mill or Market" and have been unable to prove it.
I have placed mills and markets back to 1673 with pretty good accuracy and have determined that 'our' road led to those other roads that led to mills and markets, but 'our' road never had a mill or market located on it...

Sounds like an ordnance that apples to all roads and ways leading to mills and markets. If your holding has a road to a mill or market through it, put a gate in the fences, when and if you enclose it. Don't block a public way in other words.
