Does anyone know if a spreadsheet or program exists for trigonometric levelling traverses that takes into consideration earth curvature and refraction?

I believe Starlev is for differential levelling observations.
The main Starnet program will apply refraction and curvature corrections.

I am never quite sure whether it handles reciprocal observations correctly though, ie calc the refraction by observing from both ends.
