The unit boots up fine, but the touch screen does not work. Held power button down until unit shut down and re-started, did not work. Downloaded newest version of software and still does not work. Any idea?

Man this is why we switched back to SurveyPro and Spectra. No clue other than it??s Magnet or the FC 5000. We had the same issues and just could not work with it. Best of Luck.?ÿ

If you have the latest Windows updates try checking the OS and bios version under D?vice ?ÿinfo to be sure they ar? current.

OS version should be 19xxx
