I was have issue with the collector connect to the RC unit so before I called the salesman and have him ask me if I did a hard reset, i did one. I watched as the pound keys come across the screen and then the screen went gray and nothing no Icons nothing. I come back to the office to connect to the computer and it will not connect. Has anyone else had this problem? Have I lost all the program data in the collector? Thanks for your time
