Is the bundle from ThatCadGirl recommended (Configuration, Points, F2F)? I already have a Cadapult book on Survey 2014 but am looking to set up my F2F more detailed.

The F2F set-up guide is very good. It shows you how, and more importantly where, to select the settings you want to use. It also gives you a good idea of what the settings really mean in what you see in the final drawing.
