I'm in need of being able to use TerraModel on a newer laptop, which requires the use of a USB dongle..

Presently, I use the TM9.6 on my "office" computer for utility purposes(including the the TRAVERSE routine), or the TM9.7 with no dongle, on my laptop, for viewing purposes only.

I have about 1500 data points on my sailboat, gathered by my GPT2500, which I've melded into a 3d drawing for Sketchup, and now wish to add another 1200 points obtained using my PM2, in kinematic mode.

Since I have no access to TerraModel while I'm at the boat, I haven't figured out a decent way to translate my data to mesh the data.

In TerraModel...it's not a problem... after about 20 years of using TerraModel, I've learned my way around.

If there is anyone who has a TM-USB dongle that they would consider selling ... I'd be very interested to hear from you.

If anyone knows of a good 3d translation program(free=best), I would appreciate being directed to such a program.

Thank you
John Francis, P.S.

John,
Did you end up getting what you needed?
