Jim is correct.
TBC cannot read a StarNet .DAT file.
However this sounds like he had a .DAT GNSS observation file which TBC doesn't like. I suggest try converting it to Rinex.

I'm still using Trimble 2.81 I think.?ÿ No problems yet on Windows 10 updates but if I do, maybe it's time to switch to total station full time and retire the gps stuff...or just retire.
